Shipping policy
General Information
Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing before tracking information/confirmation of order shipment. We ship out orders Monday-Friday not including US holidays. We do our best to get packages out within 1 business day. Please expect slight delays during sale periods due to high demand. Please note there are some occasional delays with domestic and international shipping carriers that are beyond our control. The delivery date shown at checkout is a guide and not guaranteed.
Shipping Methods
We offer 3 shipping options at checkout: economy, priority and express. "Economy" is shipping via DHL e-commerce select with final delivery handled by USPS, this can take up to 12 business days. "Priority" is sent via UPS 2 day select or FedEx 2 day. "Express" is sent via UPS or FedEx next day air. "Free economy shipping" automatically applies to domestic orders $175+ and is sent via DHL e-commerce select. PO Boxes are not eligible for expedited shipping as only USPS delivers to them. High value orders will be sent signature required, if you bypass and pre-sign for the package you are fully responsible for any missing/stolen packages. If you are not home and the package is signature required, we recommend holding it at an access point for pick up or rescheduling delivery for when you will be home. We highly recommend signing up for tracking alerts through DHL, USPS and UPS to receive the most up-to date information as we have access to the same tracking information/updates as customers.
Missing Packages
If package protection is not opt'd in at checkout ("checkout plus") we are not responsible for lost or missing packages once it’s been confirmed as delivered. We highly recommend adding "checkout plus" for large apartment buildings/university addresses and PO boxes. Without package protection you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly via USPS.com or UPS.com to open a missing mail inquiry. Shipping insurance does not apply to non residential addresses, shipping to business addresses or using a pseudonym name for the shipping address is at your own risk. If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it within 24-48hours please check with your neighbors, your mailbox and other possible mail receiving sites first!
Customs/Duties
Please keep a close eye on tracking for any customs clearance updates. Goldie Swimwear is not responsible for additional customs clearance fees that are required by your country. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery caused by customs. We are required by law to disclose the order value on international packages. If you refuse to pay taxes, duties/any other clearance fees and your package is returned to us, it will be treated as a return and any incurred fees will be deducted from your refund amount. When placing your order please use the "estimated delivery date" as a general guide and not a guaranteed delivery date.
Please ensure you enter the correct shipping information as we are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to insufficient or incorrect mailing address. If items are returned to us because they were undeliverable we are not able to send it back to you a second time. The items will be processed as a return and store credit will be issued, less shipping fees. We do not issue credit for shipping fees.
