Use our return portal for all return/exchange requests
We do not make exceptions of any kind to our return policy, please do not email with exception requests. This is to keep our return policy fair for all customers
Return Options
We accept one-time exchange, return for store credit OR refund to original form of payment within 14 days of order delivery for full price domestic USA orders only. Once an exchange is created we are not able to offer additional exchanges or return for refund on that order, exchanged items are considered final sale. International orders are not available for return or exchange at this time. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Checkout Plus
If the "checkout plus" option is opt'd in at checkout return, your one-time exchange or return for store credit is free. Return for refund is only eligible on full price items and requires a return shipping label purchase via the return portal. If an exchange is made the items are then considered final sale, we do not allow additional returns or exchanges once the one-time exchange is completed. Please note the REDO add on is non refundable. Checkout plus is not available for international orders as we do not allow for return or exchange on international orders at this time
Discounts
Sale items or promo codes 25% OR greater are final sale, no returns or exchanges. We rarely discount as we aim to keep our pieces as accessible as possible at full price. Please keep this in mind while shopping during sale periods as we do not make exceptions to our policy. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. NO EXCEPTIONS
Restocking Fee
Returns requesting a refund of 6 or more pieces incur in a 15% restocking fee. This is to deter bulk buy/returns and bracketing of in-demand inventory pieces. This restocking fee covers our costs associated with packing and shipping the original order as well as processing and restocking the return pieces.
Return Window
You are able to create a return or exchange through our return portal within 14 days from the exact date/time the package was marked as delivered. You then have 14 days from the time the return is opened to drop the return off. Please be sure to get the return package scanned in to avoid any issues as we aren't liable for return package issues if the package was not scanned in.
Processing Time
Refunds and returns for store credit are issued at time of physical processing at our warehouse. Please allow up to 10 business days for returns processing. Refunds may take 4-6 business days to show as a credit on your statement, this varies by bank/credit card company.
Store Credit
Store credit is issued at time of physical return processing at our warehouse. The store credit is linked to your account. To access the store credit please login or create an account on our website with the same email you used on the order.
Exchanges
We offer "instant exchange" which places a hold on your card for the value of the new item to ensure the return is sent back to us. The new exchange item is shipped to you before your return is received back to us. Once your original return is received and processed the hold on your card will be removed. If you do not send back the original return or the original return is rejected, the hold will post as a charge for the new item. We offer one-time exchange and exchanged items are considered final sale. We do not allow for multiple exchanges or returns on the same order.
Return Condition Requirements
Returned pieces must meet our standards of sellable condition, no exceptions. This means in the exact same condition you received. Returned pieces must be unworn, have all tags/liners attached and be in original branded packaging in order to be accepted. Please pack your returns with care in the same way you received it. Stained, soiled, unhygienic or scented items sent to us will be rejected. Items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return. Returns that do not meet our return policy conditions and are closed as “rejected” will be sent back to the customer address on file at customers expense.
Return to Sender
If your package was undeliverable for any reason and is sent back to us, we will process it is as a return and issue a refund to the same form of original payment less $10 to cover shipping and restocking fees. Please double check the mailing address entered at checkout is the correct address. We do not reship packages that have been returned to us.
Fraud
We reserve the right to deny a return request if it is suspected fraudulent or if returned items show signs of wear or damage. Excessive buying/returning or bracketing is prohibited and will result in an account ban on future purchases, this ban is at our discretion and decisions are final. Opening a fraudulent chargeback will result in a lifetime account ban.
