Need to start a return or exchange?

Please use our return portal here for all return/exchange requests

Customer service or general inquires?

Email hello@goldieswimwear.com, please include your order # and name in the email we'll get back to you as quickly as possible. Please do not email with return or exchange requests unless you are having an error with the return portal.

Missing package?

Please first check with neighbors, your mail room and doorbell cameras to ensure your package is actually missing. Occasionally packages get misdelivered and are easily recovered from a neighbor within a day or so. If after these steps your package is still missing, please open a missing mail email with USPS here as this request will go directly to your local post office that handled the delivery.We always want to try to locate the original package first! If after all of these steps your package is still missing please send an email to hello@goldieswimwear.com with your name + order # in the subject and you can open a claim if you purchased package protection here

Please read our full policy here. As a general return overview we offer return for store credit, exchange or refund on full price items only. Items discounted 25% or more are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, no exceptions. items purchased using a first order discount of 10% are still considered "full price" and are eligible for returns and exchanges.
